Terms of Service for JuriVenta

1. Overview

Welcome to JuriVenta. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our offerings. By accessing or using our services, Digital Products, or Goods, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

At JuriVenta, we provide legal services tailored for clients in the IT sector. Our offerings include one-time consultations, document review, trademark filings, compliance guidance, and retainer arrangements.

3. Information Products

We may offer Digital Products such as ebooks, templates, online courses, and guides. Access is delivered electronically and becomes available upon purchase confirmation.

4. Physical Goods

From time to time, JuriVenta offers printed materials or branded merchandise (the Goods). These are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

5. Eligibility and Access

To use our services or acquire our offerings, you must be of legal age and have full capacity to enter into these Terms. Access to Digital Products is granted immediately after purchase confirmation.

6. Appointment and Deferral Policy

Consultations can be scheduled via our contact form. Clients may defer a booked appointment if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Deferrals are subject to availability and may require an administrative fee.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Legal Services

Consultation fees and retainer payments for services that have been scheduled or performed are non-refundable. If a consultation is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice, JuriVenta will issue a full refund of the consultation fee.

7.2 Digital Products

Clients may request a refund for Digital Products within 7 days of purchase provided no download or access has occurred. To submit a request, please use the contact form. After this period or once access is granted, refunds will not be issued.

7.3 Physical Goods

Clients have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship back unopened Goods for a refund. To initiate this process, notify us via the contact form. Shipping costs for sending back Goods are the responsibility of the client. Once the Goods are received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be processed within 14 days.

8. Modifications

JuriVenta reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
